Family

We had a nice surprise yesterday - Mike's brother and his family came to town. They were celebrating their anniversary by spending the day in Springfield. They took us out to Olive Garden for dinner. Little did they know, I had really been wanting to eat out all day long but we are in a spending freeze since Mike's hours got cut to part time. Eating out was the first thing to go but thanks to great family and friends, we do get to go out every so often. Thank you to everyone who has helped us out, we really appreciate it!

It was great to see Mike's family. Christmas was crazy with everyone around so this gave us some quality time with David, Wendy, and Sarah. Of course, Samuel enjoyed seeing his cousin because she shows him all kinds of crazy things to do. I can already tell he is going to give me a run for my money when he is with his older cousins.
